When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and any message you include. When you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name and email on our behalf. When you sign up for email notifications (e.g. the Tools launch list), we collect your email address.
To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and conduct calls, and to send you the specific notification you signed up for. We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to our business email (support@getbulwark.com) hosted on Google Workspace. Email notification sign-ups are stored in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). All data is stored within the UK or EEA.
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months from the date of your last contact, then deleted. Email notification subscribers can unsubscribe at any time and their data is removed within 30 days.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only processors who handle your data are Formspree (form submissions), Calendly (call bookings), and Brevo (email notifications) — each acting under data processing agreements.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@getbulwark.com.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, device type). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify affected individuals directly.
