How Bulwark works — and what it doesn't do

Bulwark is a Google Workspace specialist. That means the entire focus is on one platform — Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Admin Console, mobile device management, and the security configuration that ties it all together. Clients who need Windows support, network infrastructure, or on-site visits aren't the right fit, and Bulwark will say so directly.

Every engagement starts with a free 20-point security audit. 45 minutes on a call, then a written PDF report within 48 hours. Some businesses take the report and fix things themselves. Some ask Bulwark to handle it. Both outcomes are fine — there's no pressure either way.

For ongoing clients, Bulwark runs a monthly security review (8 critical checks), manages user lifecycle (starters and leavers), monitors email authentication, and delivers a written report on the 1st of every month. Urgent issues get a same-day response. Everything is included in a fixed monthly price per user — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
