Hardening Credit

Move to managed monthly within 30 days — and the hardening project fee is credited back in full.

You paid to fix the environment. If you decide you also want it maintained, the cost you already paid comes with you. A 10-user team paying £750 for hardening and then moving to managed monthly pays £750 less on their first invoice. No conditions beyond the 30-day window.

Pricing Questions

Common questions about how pricing works.

Because a hardening project for a 6-person team with 3 critical findings is a different scope to one for a 25-person team with 9 findings and two active data exposures. Quoting a fixed price before seeing the environment would mean either overcharging or cutting corners. The audit takes 45 minutes and costs nothing. After it, the scope is visible and the price can be exact.

The managed monthly price is £85 per user, per month, excl. VAT. A 10-user team pays £850/month. A 15-user team pays £1,275/month. The Huntress endpoint monitoring, AFI backup, monthly security review, leaver handling, and new starter setup are all included in that number. There are no add-ons and no separate billing line for backup or monitoring.

No — but it's usually the right sequence. Managed monthly maintains a secure baseline. If the baseline doesn't exist yet, the hardening project creates it first. For some clients, the gaps are minor enough that we can start managed monthly immediately and fix issues in the first month. The discovery call is where that decision gets made.

There's a minimum three-month initial term, then rolling monthly. The three-month minimum exists because meaningful security improvement requires a full quarter — the first month is baseline setup, the second is the first full review cycle, and the third is when patterns become visible. After that, you can leave with 30 days' notice.

Then you'll hear that directly. The audit report is yours regardless of what it finds. If your setup is strong, the report says so — scored, evidenced, and in writing. There's no obligation to do anything with it, and no sales pressure afterwards. Most audits do find gaps (the average first-time score is 97 out of 215), but if yours doesn't, that's genuinely good news and you should have it in writing.

Yes — this is the Cloud Foundation Project. Full migration of email, calendar, contacts, and files from M365, basic hosting, or personal Gmail. Fixed price confirmed after a discovery call. Typically £2,500+ excl. VAT depending on data volume and complexity. Zero downtime on email. Full security audit on the new environment at the end. Book a discovery call to scope it.

Start with the audit. Everything else follows.

45 minutes. 20 controls. Written report within 48 hours. No obligation, no cost. If there are gaps, the price to fix them is confirmed from what the audit actually finds.
